All information provided is strictly confidential. The more information you provide, the better we are able to help you.
Your information will be reviewed by a degree based health care professional - part of the Emed Practitioner Team.
We will respond to your questions within 3 working days with some suggestions and advice based on the information you have provided us.
This is a health screening and review that we provide as an extra service to monitor the suitability of the practitioner only products that you may choose to purchase from Emed.
If you have a serious disease, deteriorating symptoms or concerns about your health we recommend that you purchase an Emed Consultation for a more detailed evaluation.
