Dosage

Add one scoop (9.8g) into 100-200mL of water or your favourite juice, once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Stir or shake to make a delicious high magnesium beverage.

Precautions

If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains pyridoxine hydrochloride which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100 µg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium containing products are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years. Products containing xylitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
