Hernidisc is designed to supply vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathics, enzymes and chelates to people suffering acute and chronic problems of the spine, pelvis, joints, even ligaments and muscles. The 25 ingredients are anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and anti-pain.

Hernidisc facilitates disc, cartilage, ligament and collagenous structure repair. Hernidisic is routinely used as it acts as a good anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant.

Dosage

Typically adults would take 1 tablet, 3 times daily with food. However in the acute phase of injury when pain and inflammation is high we may use up to 3 tablets, 3 times a day with food for short periods. Dosage at this level should be monitored by a health care professional. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your health care professional.
