Electrolyte Formula

Our electrolyte mix is ideal for sports and training days. It will provide all the electrolytes that your kids will need, whilst also keeping them refreshed and hydrated.

Combine 500ml of water with:

  • 1/2 dose Metagenics Endura (lemon/lime or orange)
  • 1 scoop Musashi Electrolyte Formula

Allow your child to sip this throughout the day. Make two bottles of this electrolyte formula for long sports days.

Basic IsoWhey Protein Shake

Combine 250-350ml of skim milk with:

  • 2 scoops Isowhey (Chocolate, strawberry or vanilla)
  • Crushed ice
  • Splash water
  • 1 chopped banana (if desired)

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Make a double quantity of this – one to drink in the morning, and another to take to the ground.

Blueberry Protein Shake

  • 125g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 200g low-fat berry yogurt
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 2 scoops Vanilla IsoWhey
  • Splash of water

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

This mix is suitable to take along to sports days. It will make 2 larger servings.
