The Energy Shake

The Energy Shake is an ideal pre-workout snack.

The addition of low fat cottage cheese, yogurt and IsoWhey Complete provides a comprehensive serving of protein, whilst the inclusion of blueberries adds important antioxidants.

The Recipe

  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 200g berry flavoured yogurt
  • 125 low fat cottage cheese
  • Handful blueberries
  • 2 scoops IsoWhey Complete, Vanilla Flavour
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup cold water

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix to a smooth consistency, Add more water and/or milk for a thinner shake.

 

Get-Up-And-Go Snack Shake

The Get-Up-And-Go Snack Shake is a tasty light protein shake that provides a quick, easy and delicious source of energy and protein. The Recipe

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 scoop Bioceuticals AminoPlex

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top and serve cold.

  • 1 cup cold lite milk
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen berry mix
  • 1/2 cup low fat berry flavoured yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Water to thin, if required

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold.

 

Calcium-Packed Health Smoothie

Crave something sweet, but don’t want to ruin your diet? This delicious smoothie combines the goodness of fruit and calcium with a serving of low-calorie protein powder to provide you with a healthy and satisfying alternative to fatty snack foods.

The Recipe

  • 1 cup cold lite milk
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Bioceuticals IsoWhey Professional (Vanilla flavour)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of nutmeg
  • Small handful ice cubes

Pulse ice cubes in blender until crushed. Place remaining ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top. Serve immediately.

  • Small handful ice cubes

Pulse ice in blender until crushed. Place remaining ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
